The facts
A retired aerospace engineer had spent decades working on space shuttle and rocket programmes for defence contractors. Agents searching his home found more than two hundred and fifty thousand pages of company documents, including stress analysis reports, test results and design data, stacked in the house and in a crawl space. Prosecutors said he had answered letters from officials of a foreign government asking him to collect particular technology, and had travelled there to give lectures. A judge, not a jury, decided the case.
You have the facts the court had. Guilty or not guilty? Call it in the game with your friends, then see what the court actually decided. Wrong call, you drink.
