The facts

A man was the leading figure in a small, aggressive hacking crew. Over several months the group broke into a film studio, a game publisher, a public broadcaster and a computer security firm, taking personal data on hundreds of thousands of users. They also went after payment companies and government and corporate websites, publishing what they took to embarrass their targets. After his arrest he worked with federal agents against the people he had been leading.

You have the facts the court had. Guilty or not guilty? Call it in the game with your friends, then see what the court actually decided. Wrong call, you drink.
