The facts
A man built and ran an anonymous website reachable only through software that hid who was using it. Buyers and sellers on the site traded illegal drugs, false identity documents and hacking tools, paying only in a digital currency. The operator took a commission on every sale and hid behind a pseudonym. He argued on appeal that agents had tracked his internet traffic without a proper warrant, and that the searches of his laptop and online accounts were too broad to be lawful.
You have the facts the court had. Guilty or not guilty? Call it in the game with your friends, then see what the court actually decided. Wrong call, you drink.
